✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, applicants must:

Be a citizen of an ADB member country (no dual citizenship).
Hold a bachelor’s degree at the time of admission.
Have at least 2 years of full-time professional work experience.
Be 35 years old or younger at the time of application.
Be in good health.
Commit to return and work in their home country for at least 2 years after graduation.
Secure admission to Kyoto University in an approved program.
