Trainee Responsibilities
As a UNITAR Communications Trainee, you will:
●Draft and edit communication materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and reports.
●Assist with social media campaigns for international observances.
●Gather and organize content for communication materials.
●Collaborate with the Division for Peace on PDTA communication schedules.
●Develop and edit internal reports (e.g., quarterly and annual reports).
●Update and enhance the PDTA website with engaging content.
●Provide administrative and logistical support for communication activities.
●Draft a communication plan for PDTA activities.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, candidates must:
●Hold a degree in communication, media studies, journalism, public relations, marketing, international relations, social sciences, human rights, or related fields.
●Be currently enrolled in or have recently graduated (within the last two years) from a relevant academic program.
●Be fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
●Possess basic proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet tools).
