Organized by the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD) and Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC), the forum will host 175 participants in October 2025, fostering dialogue and collaboration on the theme “Our Sustainable Future: Peace and Cooperation.”

Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to individuals worldwide who meet the following requirements:
●Age: 18 to 35 years (or possess a youthful mindset characterized by openness and adaptability).
●Proven Interest or Experience: Demonstrate a commitment to sustainable development in areas such as peacebuilding, climate action, social justice, or innovation.
●Commitment: Must attend the entire event in person if selected.

Application Process
Here’s how to apply:
Step 1: Prepare Your Materials
●Self-Introduction: Write a brief (max 500 words) or record a short video (max 1 minute) introducing yourself, your background, and why you want to participate in IFWY.
●Policy Message: Share your thoughts on a critical global issue (e.g., climate, peace, justice, equality) through:
●A 3-minute video/audio (upload to YouTube/Vimeo and share the link).
●Or a written message (max 1,500 words) showcasing your critical thinking.
Step 2: Complete the Application Form
Fill out the official application form, including your self-introduction, policy message, regional affiliation, and responses to motivational questions.
Step 3: Submit and Share
●After submitting your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
●Your self-introduction and policy message will be shared online for peer voting.
●Share your submissions with your network to boost engagement!
