Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the University of Twente Scholarship, you must:
✔️ Be a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country and not eligible for Dutch study loans
✔️ Hold (provisional) admission to a qualifying UT Master’s programme for 2026–2027
✔️ Be in the top 5–10% of your graduating class
✔️ Hold a valid student number at UT (after admission)
✔️ Meet English requirements:
