Applications are now open for the Rotary International Rotary Peace Fellowship 2027/28.

This is a fully funded Master’s scholarship and Professional Development Certificate program open to applicants from all countries. For the 2027/28 cohort, Rotary will award up to 170 fully funded fellowships worldwide.

The program focuses on peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and sustainable development, equipping leaders with academic training and practical field experience.

Certificate fellows will study at:

👤 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

✔ Be open to all nationalities
✔ Hold a bachelor’s degree
✔ Demonstrate strong academic performance
✔ Have relevant work experience:

3 years (Master’s program)
5 years (Certificate program)
✔ Show leadership potential
✔ Maintain at least a 3-year gap since their most recent academic degree before the fellowship start date
