🔍 What Is the Harpswell Leadership Residents Program?

The Harpswell Leadership Residents Program (LRP) is a fully funded international professional development and volunteer program for women leaders who want to make a difference. Hosted in Cambodia, it gives fellows the opportunity to mentor, teach, support, and inspire young Cambodian women in Phnom Penh.

This initiative is driven by a mission to promote women’s leadership, cross-cultural exchange, and long-lasting social change.

💼 Responsibilities of a Leadership Resident:

As a resident fellow, you’ll become an integral part of the Harpswell community. Your responsibilities include:

✅ Teaching the Harpswell Core Curriculum (includes global affairs, critical thinking, public speaking, etc.)
✅ Hosting weekly discussions on leadership, culture, and global issues
✅ Tutoring English and improving students’ communication skills
✅ Holding office hours for academic and personal mentorship
✅ Leading leadership-building activities
✅ Planning fun cultural events for bonding and engagement

🎁 What Does the Program Cover?

This is a fully funded opportunity with all major expenses paid:

🏠 Accommodation in Phnom Penh
🍽️ Daily meals (Board)
🩺 Travel insurance
💵 Monthly stipend of $330 USD

This opportunity is open to women of all nationalities who meet the following criteria:

✅ Strong commitment to women’s leadership and empowerment
✅ Excellent English communication skills (teaching experience preferred)
✅ At least 2 years of professional experience
