✅ Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Have taken a career break of at least 2 years for personal reasons (family, health, caregiving, etc.).
• Hold an MSc + 2–6 years of experience OR a PhD with up to 3 years of experience (for CERN Member/Associate States nationals).
• For experimental or theoretical physics applicants: a PhD + max 6 years of post-PhD experience.
• CERN staff members are not eligible.
• Applicants must clearly explain their career break and alignment with CERN’s activities.
