✅ Eligibility Criteria

Citizen of a developing country
Cannot hold dual citizenship of a developed country
Must be in good health
Bachelor’s degree obtained at least 3 years before the application deadline
Unconditional admission to a participating master’s program
Minimum of 3 years full-time development-related work experience within the last 6 years (part-time may be considered)
