Responsibilities
As a Digital Transformation Intern, you will collaborate with the Chief Digital Office and contribute to several key areas:
1.Inclusive Digital Ecosystems:
●Develop rights-based and inclusive digital systems.
●Support digital public infrastructure.
●Conduct research on digital inclusion topics.
2.Country Office Support & Capacity Building:
●Assist with digital and AI readiness assessments.
●Contribute to national digital/AI strategies.
●Make capacity-building resources more accessible.
3.UNDP Digital Strategy:
●Support global positioning of UNDP’s digital leadership.
●Manage digital guides and analyze strategy implementation.
4.Business Operations:
●Improve operational efficiency in areas like procurement, finance, and internal processes.
5.Thought Leadership & Partnerships:
●Research potential partnerships and support strategic communications.
●Contribute to global outreach initiatives.
6.Product Design & Management:
●Help design, build, and implement digital products and AI tools.
7.Transformation & Change Management:
●Facilitate knowledge exchange and track transformation progress.
●Support internal communications.

Eligibility Criteria
The internship is open to all nationalities. Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
●Be enrolled in a graduate program.
●Be in the final year of a bachelor’s program.
●Have graduated within the last year.
Experience or interest in the specified workstreams is highly desirable.
