📝 Responsibilities

.

As a UNIDIR Graduate Professional, you will:

Develop and manage UNIDIR’s communication strategy and editorial calendar.
Coordinate website updates including events, publications, and news.
Design and execute email campaigns (newsletters and invitations).
Copyedit and ensure materials adhere to brand voice.
Provide logistical and media support for events, including photography and videography.

⚡ Required Skills

Proficiency in digital content creation for web, email, and social media, including tools like Canva and Photoshop.
Experience with web/project management tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, and Trello.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Open to all nationalities.
Must possess a university degree and be able to commence the GPP within one year of graduation.
Postgraduate qualifications in communication, public relations, marketing, or international relations are an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign.
