Applications are now open for the Romania ARICE Scholarship 2026/27 in Romania.
This fully funded scholarship is offered by the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade in partnership with the Ministry of Education.
It supports Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD studies at Romanian public universities.
Each year, about 40 international students receive this scholarship.
There is no application fee.
