📝 Main Tasks & Responsibilities
As a GIZ Euroclima Intern, you will:
✅ Support program management & coordination tasks
✅ Draft and prepare reports, meeting notes & status updates for donors/partners
✅ Help organize and document events, meetings & workshops
✅ Assist with knowledge management & internal communication
✅ Translate documents (English, Spanish, German)
✅ Join high-level EU and stakeholder meetings
✅ Contribute to discussions at the climate-business-development interface
✅ Manage daily office tasks & administrative duties
🎯 Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for this GIZ internship in Brussels, you must:
✔️ Be a current student or have graduated within the last 6 months
✔️ Hold (or be completing) a degree in business, economics, law, or political science
✔️ Be fluent in at least two languages (English, Spanish, German at C2 level); Portuguese/French is a plus!
✔️ Be familiar with MS Office tools and working with complex information
✔️ Hold a Belgian work permit if you are a non-EU applicant
✔️ Have a strong interest in climate change, sustainability, and international cooperation
✔️ Previous experience with development cooperation, the private sector, or Latin American contexts is an advantage
