🌍 What is the HKH Arctic Youth Leadership Forum?
The forum brings together young climate leaders from the Hindu Kush Himalaya (HKH) and the Arctic regions. These two icy parts of the world are warming twice and even four times faster than the global average — putting communities, cultures, and futures at risk.
At this forum, 12 selected young people will join forces to share ideas, build skills, and work together to find solutions for climate change.

You won’t have to worry about travel or living costs — just bring your passion and ideas!
🌐 Who Can Apply?
To apply for the HKH Arctic Youth Leadership Forum 2025, you must:
✔️ Be 19–35 years old
✔️ Be a citizen of one of the eligible HKH or Arctic countries
✔️ Be part of a youth organization or project related to climate or the environment
✔️ Show a clear interest in HKH/Arctic climate issues
✔️ Have leadership experience or volunteer work
✔️ Be able to commit 4–7 hours per month for one year
✔️ Have a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months after October 2025)
✔️ Have a laptop and a good internet connection

HKH Countries:
Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan
Arctic Countries:
Canada, Denmark (Greenland), Finland, Iceland, Norway, Russia, Sweden, USA (Alaska)
