For the POF, it’s either your parents sponsor you or you sponsor yourself. 

Someone legally living and staying in Luxembourg can also sponsor you

Luxembourg has 3 official languages namely

They have English-taught courses.

Once you legally stay in the country for Five years, you are eligible to apply

for citizenship, but you must learn Luxembourgish and pass the language exam.
